400 000 of the people living here cannot read the law.
Nice situation!
But also take the consequenses.
The same consequenses, when you did not want the Euro.
The same consequenses, when you made the problems with the statue.
The same consequenses when you treat your tourists badly.
And I can mention a lot more consequenses. answer

Estonia is a member of EY. It is minimum requirement that laws and regulations are translated into an international language. Russian is not an EU language, but should of course be.
In their own interest Russian speaking Estonians should take the matter to the relevant EU Commission. It is enough with one single request. No need for a class suit. answer

By the way
The EU will subsidise for these translations.
Of course, they know this here.
But they like to make shit, instead of living in harmony.
If you have the guts, then boycot the Russian tourism at the moment.
But Estonians have no guts!
They always do it in the darkness behind the back.
Not like the English, fighting with open head sight. answer
