Former banker Erkki Raasuke who about a year ago resigned as chief financial officer of the Swedbank Group has acquired a majority holding in Fotoluks, an Estonian photo retailer, writes Äripäev.

Raasuke made the investment together with Raivo Hein, a well-known Estonian Internet businessman.

Following his resignation from the Swedbank Group, Raasuke accepted a job offer from the Estonian minister of economic affairs Juhan Parts and became acting head of the national road administration, after the former general manager Tamur Tsäkkö resigned for abuse of taxpayer funds.

Raasuke has said that thanks to a generous compensation package from Swedbank he can for a few years accept other than high-paying jobs.
