Russian businessmen buy cinema Kosmos building for 770,000 euros
27.01.2012, 11:33Iron Capital OÜ that belongs to citizens of Russia Evgeni Muljukov and Olga Revjakina has acquired the cinema Kosmos building at Pärnu mnt 45 in central Tallinn, writes Äripäev.
The company bid 770,000 euros for the building that is under architectural heritage protection and was the only bidder of the auction held by the City of Tallinn.
The building is located on almost 6,000 square metres of land and has a valid rent agreement with a cinema operator.
In an interesting twist, the two shareholders of Iron Capital received residential permits as part of the scheme masterminded by prominent IRL members Indrek Raudne and Nikolai Stelmach.
The company has 1.3 million euros in share capital, is registered to Kooli 1/3, an address that belonged to Stelmach and was set up last autumn.
Recently, 12 RE in which Iron Capital has a shareholding acquired the former head office of North Estonian Bank and Marfin Bank in central Tallinn.
