Lithuania's telecom giant acquires a company from Martinson Trigon

Estonian investment company Martinson Trigon sold 100% of its Lithuania portfolio company Hostex to Baltic Data Centre, a subsidiary of Lithuanian telecom giant TEO LT.

Hostex is a leading data centre operator of Lithuania and provides web hosting services to residential and small companies as well as Internet portals. From the year 1995 operating enterprise has 20 employees.

Martinson Trigon acquired Hostex (former MicroLink Lietuva) in the spring 2006.

The parties have not disclosed the price of the transaction. In December 2009, Martinson Trigon estimated the company's fair value at 21.2 million kroons.

Hostex that was founded in 1995 employs 20 people.

Other portfolio companies owned by Martison Trigon include Russian PC game publisher Novõi Disk, US-Ukraine company InvisibleCRM, social network operator Apaja Online Entertainment in Finland and Rate Solutions in Eastern Europe.
