Ild and Toome sell their corner to Finns

Real estate businessmen Alvar Ild and Indrek Toome sold their participation in SRV to the Finnish branch of the same name in July and continue as consultants.

This week, Ild admitted to Äripäev that they have indeed sold their stock and explained the move with a deal sealed years ago between the stockholders. One condition of the deal was that the price of it would not be published.

He adds that according to the deal, they will continue as consultants for SRV during the three following years.

19% of the company was Ild’s, Toome owned 16% and altogether 140 stocks were sold during two deals.

SRV Kinnisvara AS was one of the first real estate developers in Estonia in 1992 and belongs to SRV Group. The company’s most notable projects in Estonia are Radisson SAS Hotel and Osten Tor.
